How to prepare sweet for fresh and healthy in less than 30 minutes with pumpkin, pie, dates, granola, bars
I am by all accounts dependent on granola bars, which is a decent compulsion! Henceforth I am trying flavors for granola bars. Since I cherish the kinds of pumpkin pie, I chose to transform it into a granola bar; why not?
They are super solid; being made with dates, oats, flax feast, chia seeds, nectar, peacans, dried cranberries, pumpkin purée and pumpkin seeds.
Fixings
17-piece
2 mugs oats rolled
1/2 glass pumpkin puree
20 dates general set
1/2 glass peacans hacked
1/2 glass cranberries dried
1/2 glass pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp flax supper
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 glass nectar
2 tbsps cinnamon
1/2 tbsp nutmeg
1 tbsp ginger ground (discretionary)
6 tbsps water warm
Technique
30 mins
- Bubble dates for 10 mins, at that point evacuate.
- Join oats, cranberries, peacans and pumpkin seeds in a bowl and put aside.
- Blend chia and flax supper with warm water and mix into a glue.
- Pour chia and flax glue, pumpkin purée and dates into processor and granulate until thick.
- Include this blend into oats blend.
- Include flavors and nectar and join well.
- Dump blend into a wax paper lined 9"x7" shallow preparing container and press solidly into dish.
Heat for 30 mins.
